On May 14, 1980, two brothers began to terrorize the people of Toledo. During a sixteen month period, police believe Anthony Cook killed at least 10 people, with brother Nathaniel likely helping with at least four of them. 11 Investigates reporter Brian Dugger visits with both victims and the law enforcement officials who solved the case and learns why both are still haunted four decades later. Many questions linger, as well: the Cooks were long haul truckers; were these the brothers' only victims? Why was Nathaniel Cook released from jail last year? Does he show any remorse?
