Why I Dislike Driving Around The Toledo Area

I enjoy driving. I don't enjoy driving around others that are either distracted or just have no clue how to handle a motor vehicle. These people are everywhere. Toledo is not the only place they exist. But since I am in this area most of the time, these are some of the folks I have encountered. Me getting cut off in a construction zone with no turn signal and a solid white line, a guy in front of me almost getting the nose of his car taken off, an absolutely mind-boggling set of events that starts with a vehicle turning the wrong way on to Monroe St. at Talmadge and then there is the Toledo Police car sitting on the one lane Monroe St. entrance ramp to I-475 in the morning every few days. That just doesn't seem like a very safe location to sit.
