For the first time in a long time the Cleveland Browns are not in last place in the AFC North late in the season as they are now 1/2 game up on the Cincinnati Bengals after the win over the Carolina Panthers yesterday. And, apparently they are still mathematically alive for a possible playoff berth. Along that is unlikely because the Browns would have to win out and probably some other things outside the Browns control would have to happen in the final three weeks of this season. But how cool is it to even be part of the playoff conversation and to finally see a team that has potential. My only worry is how the front office might mess things up during the off season. Fingers crossed we can keep riding the Baker Mayfield/Nick Chubb train into next season...if not the playoffs this season.
