A Montreal machinist/artist had a lot of snow and a few hours to spare so he built a car totally made of snow in a snow removal zone. He topped it off with an actual windshield wiper he happened to find while building his snow car. Police even showed up to write a ticket only to figure out there wasn't a car to write a ticket for.
