Some of hard rock’s biggest groups of all time will join together for a 2020 stadium tour. The Cleveland concert was added to the stadium-tour schedule after hundreds of thousands of tickets were sold in the first weekend of sales -- including a record-breaking speedy sellout at Milwaukee’s Miller Park, according to a press release.
“The word on the street was that fans were overly excited about this stadium tour even before it was announced," said Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott in a release. “Well, it’s out there now and it keeps getting bigger and bigger ... this is going to be a monster of a tour."
Def Leppard was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year, after winning the museum’s fan vote. The band is best-known for anthems like “Pour Some Sugar On Me," “Love Bites" and “Hysteria.”
