Gary, Indiana already has a bad rap. But saying the portal to hell resides there? That's a serious claim. There is a house in Gary which is full of creepy activity. The house has been cleansed and exorcised several times. That alone gives me the heebie jeebies. This house even got the attention of Zach from Ghost Adventures. He bought the house! The woman who sold the house to him claims she had terrifying experiences there. She even claims her son climbed the walls at the local hospital. I am not so sure I'd really want to investigate something like this. I found an update to the house. Let's just say Zach didn't keep it long.
