Cleveland To New York Bus Ends Up In Toledo

(Toledo, OH) Several Greyhound riders are asking for refunds after a seven-hour ride that failed to reach their destination of New York.

The passengers left Cleveland more than three hours late Thursday morning, then watched as the driver turned around in Pennsylvania and didn't stop until reaching Toledo.

Greyhound says a mechanical problem forced the bus to turn around. But the bus driver missed Cleveland completely and got all the way to the Glass City before realizing the error.

Riders had to look for other ways to get to their destinations-- one even booked a flight and another caught a new bus. Now several Greyhound riders want refunds after the seven-hour ride that failed to reach its scheduled destination of New York.
