Jim Morrison Tribute Concert

TOLEDO, OH - Phil Barone, a local entrepreneur and owner of Rosie’s Italian Grille, Rosie’s The Rolling Chefs and president of the Toledo Food Truck Association, is teaming up with The Cruisers for a very special collaboration and Jim Morrison Tribute Concert - Jim is “Back from the Desert”. This unique tribute features nine amazingly talented local musicians consisting of Pat McDonagh on lead guitar, Pistol Pete Robinson on drums, Mikey Blue Barone on harp, Andrew Struve on bass, Zane Babylon on keyboard, Phil Barone as Jim, with an accomplished horn section led by John Grafing on horn, Bob Huff on trombone, and Andrew Ewing on sax.The band will perform songs by The Doors, which can be enjoyed by all 18 and older. Lights and special effects will be provided by the Wet Sun Light Show. 

The festivities will take place on Saturday, December 22nd, 2018 at the historic Maumee Indoor Theatre, located at 601 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio. The doors to the event will open at 7:00pm and there will be catered food and drinks available for purchase from Toledo’s finest gourmet food truck, Rosie’s The Rolling Chef. The show will begin at 8pm. 

Tickets are available for purchase at the theatre or Rosie’s Italian Grille, which is located at 606N. McCord, Toledo, Ohio. VIP tickets are $45.00, which includes 1 drink ticket, access to the VIP bar and cocktail service throughout the concert. General admission tickets are $25.00. 

All proceeds from the concert will benefit the Unruly Arts organization at the Toledo Botanical Gardens. Unruly Arts is a studio where artists with developmental disabilities and others can come and pursue their need to work and create, communicate their vision and allow their voices to be heard through art. Their mission is to provide a process oriented environment which is open to people of all ages and abilities to create art without restrictions or boundaries.
