A 6-year-old Cincinnati area girl was viciously attacked by two pit bulls last week. She remains in critical care after reconstructive surgery. As you can see from the dashcam video below, police were forced to shoot the dogs after luring them away from the girl.
The state of Ohio rescinded its dangerous and vicious dog laws in 2012, after 25 years on the books. Are pit bulls too dangerous to be legal for pets? Are pit bull owners irresponsible? Should the dangerous dog ordinances be reinstated? Or, do you believe it's not the breed, it's the owner?
