As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis was in court Wednesday for another hearing in his ongoing murder-for-hire case. The "San Diego Reader" says the rocker - who is accused of hiring a hit man to kill his estranged wife - is scheduled to make his next court appearance on September 16th.
It's unclear whether Lambesis was offered the chance to take a plea bargain during Wednesday's hearing in Vista, California, but he maintained his original plea of "not guilty."
Lambesis was arrested back on May 7th and released later that month after posting a $2 million bond. If convicted, he faces a maximum of nine years in prison.
